Wg. Ropuchy :

I am quite that this is the so called "Lange Hause", the Long House, on ul. Gustava Morcinka (or one of its parallel streets) in Stary Zdroj. The building dates back to the times when Stary Zdroj was a "Kurort"; at that time, the Lange Haus accomodated guests who came to Stary Zdroj for health reasons, i.e.. to take the cure. The building was still there at the end of the war and had for several decades accomodated workers families, mainly miners families.

I am quite sure the building is the old "Lange Haus," the Long House that accomodated guests who came to Stary Zdroj for health reasons before 1860, i.e. to take the cure when Stary Zdroj still was a spa. Later on the house accomodated workers and miners families. The build was still there at the end of the lkast war on ul. Gustava Morcinka or one of its parallelr running streets. If it is still there, it would be easily identoified with its wood construction with the visible wooden beams.
